Projects can span days, weeks or longer. As a busy executive or business owner, you may not want to be or have the time to dedicate to the frequent monitoring of a project. As your project manager/coordinator, I will “stand in the gap” between you and the project team to coordinate the moving parts, adhere to a timeline and hit set milestones. You will be apprised of progress and the project will be delivered to your satisfaction.
